The gym had modern equipment. I used the sauna and it was clean. The breakfast buffet included many options. Peter, Vivian, and Aqui were helpful arranging airport transfers.

Charline at the front desk provided an excellent welcome and assistance with my luggage. She even personally escorted me to my room, showing me all the amenities (her help really eased my arrival). Winnie at the Flame Tree Restaurant offered excellent meal suggestions and service. Mr Benson, the Guest Relations Manager, showed attentiveness and worked to improve my stay, and the team at the restaurant welcomed me warmly.

The lift system seemed slightly complicated.
